As the Director of Quality Assurance & Logistics, Alisha is responsible for managing all aspects of the distribution department to ensure the safe, accurate and timely packaging and delivery of MANNA meals to our clients living in the nine county region. She manages MANNA’s fleet of refrigerated delivery trucks as well as develops cost and time efficient routes for staff and volunteer drivers. Alisha also chairs the organization’s workplace safety committee that works to identify safety concerns at the facility.

Alisha began her tenure at MANNA in February 2007 as an Events Manager, responsible for the overall management for the ChefAID, A Show of Hands and Pie in the Sky fundraising events, and created graphic design marketing materials in Adobe CS.

Prior to joining the team at MANNA, Alisha was the Events Coordinator at AIDS Fund, working on projects such as AIDS Walk Philly and GayBingo; before that, she worked at Equality Forum as their Communications Associate. Alisha hails from Indiana and attended Indiana University in Bloomington, IN and has her BA in both Anthropology and Telecommunications. Go Hoosiers!
