As director of nutrition services, Cyndi oversees the client service coordinator and nutritionists at MANNA, as well as the rotating interns and volunteers for these departments. Cyndi provides Medial Nutrition Therapy for clients at MANNA and at four clinics in South Jersey.  Prior to coming to MANNA in December 2006, Cyndi worked as a culinary consultant at a Super Suppers studio kitchen, and prior to that at Cooper University Hospital.

Cyndi received her BS in Nutrition and Food Science from Drexel University, her A.A.S. degree from Camden County Community College in Blackwood NJ, and completed her dietetic internship at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville, PA.
