As chief operating officer, Sue is a member of the senior management team and works with the board and advisory board on strategic and financial planning to ensure the stability of the organization. As program administrator, Sue oversees operations including distribution, kitchen, volunteer and nutrition departments.

Sue currently serves on the board of Association of Nutrition Service Agencies (ANSA), the national association whose mission is to enhance the quality of life of people living with HIV and AIDS and other life-threatening illnesses by strengthening the capability of community-based nutrition support programs.

Sue began working at MANNA in 1999 as a nutritionist and has also held the position of director of nutrition. Prior to coming to MANNA, Sue worked as a clinical dietitian at Kennedy Health System. Sue received her BS in Nutrition and Food Science from Immaculata University and completed her dietetic internship at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center while attending the College of Saint Elizabeth, Morristown, NJ.
