Nutritional Counseling


The basis of good health is proper nutrition.
MANNA provides the tools and information to our clients so they are empowered to make the best food choices.
 
Medical Nutrition Therapy is provided to all clients and to anyone in need, free of charge. Designed to help people at nutritional risk develop practical food plans to stay as healthy as possible, our dietitians address individual needs and concerns.
 
A variety of topics can be covered in a counseling session including: wasting, restoring visceral proteins, dealing with taste changes, nutrition and wound healing, as well as food safety. MANNA dietitians specialize in wellness and are unique in that they will perform and analyze a BIA test (Bio-electrical Impedance Analysis) to assess the client's body composition. MANNA's dietitians are all credentialed by the American Dietetic Association.
